On the outskirts of the city but within a 10 min walk there was a fantastic bus route, which for 11 euros for three days as a tourist was indeed very good value. The hotel was friendly, free carparking, and a wonderful breakfast. Prices for dinner or snacks were very expensive in the hotel but a short walk there were many cafes and fast food resturants

I loved that the Vatican was only about a 20-minute walk away. Finding great cafes nearby was a good bonus during my explorations.

Nothing. This is not 4star hotel
Pool is working from 10am till 7pm -right after breakfast which is till 10am and open during time for walking around Rome. So, forget about the pool! For the breakfast the hotel has no vegetable at all! No tomatoes, cucumbers, nothing! In Rome at the summer in 4star hotel no vegetable. Hotel is old enough and worn-out. Staff is trying to earn on exchanging the currencies on unlegal way. Rate for eur//usd 1,7? My room was fully prepaid - they took the money at check in(under my plan) but at check out(it was 4am) they kept me until I paid again(after I refused the payment through the bank) they threat me to call the police if I don't pay second time!? So, this is hotel for backpackers, hotel main business to welcome for 1day tourists of Royal Caribean before a cruise. This isn't nh!!!

Recommend it for couples looking for comfort
Breakfast was excellent, they had all sorts of pastries, fresh fruits, and a good coffee bar. The staff at the reception were friendly, like they actually cared.
I mean, it wasn't cheap but for what you get, I guess it's acceptable.

We had an excellent experience! We accually stayed one extra day. Staff speaks good English, breakfast was very good, swimming pool clean and good size. Taxi from central Rome to the hotel at midnight cost 12 Euros, during the day 7-8. Will come back!
The gym would not open with my card and the note says you need a doctor certificate to attend it- I didn't investigate further...

The service was friendly, including a gorgeous breakfast with many fruit juices, pastries, hot dishes. The rooms were spotless and outstanding, we had a really nice time there. The location to the taxi stand bus stops was magnificent.
Their staff were very unhelpful.

Beautiful hotel, helpful staff, including a courteous reception team that assisted with breakfast orders and gave us great tips for exploring local attractions.

Hotel was good, spacious rooms, great facilities, Breakfast fantastic variety. Staff helpful. We lost our camera in a taxi and they tried hard to locate the cab to regain the camera.
Location was far from City however great for visit to the vatican. However cabs are the Roma Termini did over charge to take us to the hotel. Cabs in Italy are not helpful and rip customers off. Our camera was taken by a cabbie who literally hurried us out of the cab to get hold of the camera

The hotel was well located and spacious for a city hotel in Europe.
The hotel could simply use a good cleaning. Our room was clean and comfortable but the hallways and common areas could use a carpet cleaner and simple cleaning just to bring them to acceptable. As well some of the staff seemed to be very poor well other were some of the best I have ever encountered, no one was in the middle either very poor or great.

The hotel is very well appointed, the staff are really helpful and polite. The breakfast is fresh, plentifull with a wide variety of cooked and none cooked food. Breakfast staff are relly good, clearing tables fast and re stocking. The location is close to the city only 1 mile so it was possible to walk into town. There is an underground car park that leads directly to the hotel and is free. I would stay there again for sure.
The opening hours of the pool area are a bit silly, they seem to close it when the sun is shining.
